They have been working on this electrical issue for about three days now, and every time they leave saying its fixed, the electrical problem actually seems worse off than before. Since reaching out to them, time and time again we are getting locked out of the house, and right now, weve been sitting here waiting for a good 30 minutes and all our groceries are sitting in the sun. We keep calling, even right now, and are literally again asked what the address is Not sure how or if someone will be reached to come out again for the third time today to try again. Ultimately, I just hate that this is taking so long for everyone involved. People need to be able to get in and out of the house :/

Called to have them look at an electrical problem. The technician they sent out was James. He isolated the problem quickly and took care of it. We previously had an electrician come out from a different business and he was unable to find the source of the problem.

We'll never know if they are any good. Called, gave all info, was told someone would call. They called back and when asked for them to come out to give an estimate said they would call back to arrange a time ...never heard another word from them. That was...oh, maybe two months ago! We moved on and now on the fourth one, who does seem to be able to do what he says he will do. I guess electricians in this area either have more business than they can handle...and not enough courtesy or professionalism to tell a potential customer that they are not interested in their business.
