We were approved 10 minutes before they closed and live 5 minutes down the road. They refused to stay open for us to just sign final paperwork. A little Customer service would be nice.

I’ve taken out personal loans different places in my lifetime, but Lendmark is the only place I’ll do business with anymore. I financed a new lawnmower from them 2 years ago. I’ve never had any issue with them, I pay my payment and they don’t harass me. Almost done with my lawn but I’ll always come back to them when I need them!

I have two open loans with Lendmark Financial at a different location. I called the one in Gainesville because it is closer to me and I was inquiring about doing a loan with them. At first I called they said they will contact me back. A week goes by and I call to inquire again. Instead of being welcome with open arms here , I was told " why would you not go back to the other Lendmark instead of calling us here". FREAKING WOW! Keep in mind that I have good history with Lendmark and I also referred people to them. However this location did not want my business. No problem , I will not send anyone else to that location. Extremely Unprofessional and bad customer service. I think I will take their advice and stick with "my other" Lendmark location .
Goes to show you may have to travel a distance for good customer service but it is indeed worth it!
