image I have never had a bad experience until today. I have donated and shopped at this store for the last 15 years that Ive lived in the area. Every time I have walked out with a cart overflowing, full of amazing items that were extremely reasonably price. However, the experience I had today has left such a bad taste in my mouth. I am not sure who put this worker in charge of closing off all dressing rooms and not allowing guests the chance to try on any items prior to spending their hard earned money. This worked had a foul mouth and I heard so many horrible comments regarding customers, referring to them as illiterate, dumb and an inconvenience to her, prior approaching her with my cart full of clothing items and asking why the dressing rooms were locked. She went on to vent that they were closed on purpose, by her, so that she could catch up with her work. As full of items that the store state is currently in, I would imagine that she would want to sell some merchandise to us loyal customers as a way to bring in some income to pay for all of the amazing programs that Salvation Army provides to the community. Most of which are free of charge. I did not feel like it was my duty to purchase a cart full of items with no return policy and without trying on. I am not rich which is why I shop at a thrift store, to stretch my dollar. Not to pay for clothes that may not fit me right. My advice would be for management to have a sit down with this worker and explain to her the importance of customer service. Along with work etiquete in regards to her ill comments. I am disappointed and as long as this woman is in charge I will tell all of my neighbors to take their business elsewhere. I am
Not sure what happened to the amazing man, sterling, who worked there for years but I can see he is no longer there and this place has gone downhill. I should have known by the music that was playing when I walked in, raunchy and not the Christian music I was used to hearing all these years.

image How I miss how it was to be before. It was clean. You can go directly to the size you need. Shoes and jewelry were amazing as well as purses. Sterling and his wife did an amazing job at keeping the store looking amazing. With time it has changed. It looks really trashy and I mean trashy. Looks like Park Ave Thrift. Clothing are no longer organized so you if you have time to spend hours to find your size go for it. There is a new manager and since I walked in the door she just talked and talked and talked. I could see the cashier were a bit annoyed but dare not say a word. Imagine an annoying high pitch voice nonstop. Would be nice if the store was put back the way it was and cleaned up.

image Neha was my cashier. She was amazing! I was not sure of the price of 3 of my items. She looked for the price on the sign and then double checked with a manager.

image Helpful criticismas a store there needs to be a better system for purchase. I was interested in a furniture set and a coffee table. I asked the gentleman at the counter if I should grab the ticket or if I should get in line he asked for information i needed to get off the furniture. I got it and he verified the furniture was available. HE gave me the stub that was at the register because someone reserved it but did not buy it. He said wait in line. I get to the register and he tells me that HE just sold the furniture to someone else. Life happens but he gave me the stubs to the items just to turn around and sell the items to other people that had to go get the tickets off the items in order to buy the furniture. Hate to follow the process and come up short because the process is broke.
