I have been calling and going to the store and its horrible. Phone csr says to go to store for help. I go to store only to be cut short because all they care about is selling. How many times must I walk in there and still have issues with my account. They treat you like you are a bother and rush to cut you off.
But still Im paying every month. That ATT has no problem with.

Gabriel Fuente who assisted me and was an excellent service that he gave us, I recommend that when you have to buy a new cell phone. Or if you have any questions, ask for Gabriel.

The people at this location on pleasant hill aren't so pleasant. They just seem like they dont want to work here not even a hello as you walk in they only acknowledge you if you're going to buy something. I had also called over the phone for availability on a phone and the woman over the phone was so unprofessional and rudely hung up on me. She probably didn't even check.
