The service has been incredible, the girl named Airam took the best care of me and my family, I could say that she is without a doubt one of the best employees since I go to that store that has taken care of me, she gave us discounts for the telephones, she was very helpful and attentive and despite the telephone problems we had, she helped us with all her patience and also made us feel very happy with her attitude and good manners. I invite you to go to that store, you will feel like At home, my wife and I were very happy, because of her attitude and way of being, without a doubt, the best worker in that company. Congratulations and thank you very much for everything, you were and are an angel for my family.

Do not go this cricket location for anything, two employees didnt speak to me when I walked in. I came in around 1145a to pay my bill. The young female Hispanic employee was rude and asked me for ID and handed it to and put my PIN number in. I told her that I needed to pay using Apple Pay she said its a $5 service fee, well I can pay cash instead and she told me its still a $5 service fee for paying in store. Thats make no sense, how is it a service fee when its cash. Youre not processing cash. I will never return to this location again in life. I told her that someone compromised my debit card and I prefer to either pay Apple Pay or cash. She told looked at me.

Customer service was good, BUT the sales rep didnt understand a word we were saying, EVERYTHING had to be translated WHICH was a little frustrating, but nonetheless. Whoever the guy was helping her translate over the phone was patient and helpful. Got the job done

I went in this store today with a problem with my phone. David checked everything with my phone and also contacted tech support for updates and resetting. My phone is fixed now and I am happy. He executed great customer service

Natasha saved my phone and she went above and beyond. She sat with me for almost 2 hours just to get my phone to work again. Thank you again Natasha!
