An amazing community located on Sugarloaf parkway across TPC sugarloaf. Full of large luxurious homes and some mansions in a gated neighborhood. One of the better wealthy home communities in Gwinnett County. Houses in the neighborhood are competitive and seem to have a good value at an increase to a range of 700,000 dollar homes to some at or above one million. The grand clubhouse and pool and lakeside view make the neighborhood one of a kind, large, and inviting for everyone. The HOA is organized and effective with such a large community, and landscaping of homes and the neighborhood is paid for and well maintained.
