One of the worst property rental companies Ive ever seen. They bought my complex in Orlando Fl and Ive never had more issues. Before Willow Bridge I actually really loved where I live, now I cant wait to move out. The staff is beyond horrible. Its almost as if its a requirement to be passive aggressive and illiterate to work for this company. I wish they would go out of business and leave all good rental complexes alone.

If I could get this company 0 stars I would. I rent at 53 West in Oakwood. Ive never had this many problems with a Leasing office in my life. I have to do their job for them. They cant even provide me with the correct paperwork to avoid eviction. Countless email and nearly a month later and they still havent provided the paperwork I need! I have to ask for the same information over and over again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THE LOCATIONS ESPECIALLY 53 WEST IN OAKWOOD.
I have been emailing the leasing office since the 5th to get this information and now its the 16th! Spoke to the regional manager and NOTHING! They still have not gave me the correct paperwork!!!!

To whom this may concern I would like to speak with this management company regarding a rental verification completed on my behalf. I have been reaching out to the corporate office and have not received a call back yet.
