image The lady at the front desk who took my son's photos was great; however, the nurse was dismissive and uncaring. I was told my child had a moderate to severe case (I found out this measurement, too, was misleading when I got a second opinion) without getting any further information on what could be done and without any other options simply because he hit the "18-month mark." When a parent is worried about the development of their child, you'd think the provider would at least provide some knowledge on future possibilities and potential options that they may have. I thought this establishment claimed to be experts in their field. But, they are simply best at amplifying fear and giving no other solutions or information. I'm guessing they made my son's case worse than it was so they can make money off of parents, like me, who are genuinely worried about their child and who can get a helmet. I suggest shopping elsewhere for sincerely caring places that aren't out to strike further worry into the parent for the sake of money, because a second opinion let us know that we didn't need a helmet even if he were young enough to get one.

image This review is a bit overdue, but I wanted to share our experience. Our baby graduated helmet therapy in Gwinnett in June, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! We saw both clinicians, and they were wonderful. The caring clinicians made the process very easy and painless, and they were very comforting and thorough in their approach. The clinicians and treatment get 5 stars, but I can't rate the overall Cranial experience as the same. Loss of one star is for the scheduling/insurance experience, which was more drawn out and tedious than with most doctor's offices. Loss of another star because of the curt, unfriendly and impatient little front desk girl. Cranial Technologies ought to consider placing people at the front who are friendly, warm and welcoming in order to make a better first impression and put families at ease. Fortunately, the clinicians and their treatment process redeemed the experience with this company.

image I cannot praise Cranial Technologies and Lindsay enough. She went above and beyond expectations during my twins helment journey, especially with my Twin As medical issues. Please know I'm forever thankful for all your team has done for my children and I will go out of my way to recommend Lindsay and Cranial Technologies.

image I just want to say I am BLOWN away by the care they gave my son! We just graduated on Wednesday and while I'm so very excited and proud of my little boy, we will miss his clinician (Lindsay). I WISH ALL HIS CARE PROVIDERS WERE AS CARING AND WONDERFUL AS SHE IS! It has been a learning process since the day he was born but this woman has helped us in so many ways and guided me as a mother in ways not even his pediatrician has. We will miss our visits! Highly recommend to ANYONE in need of consult/care for their babies head! The entire staff here is phenomenal!

image Great experience overall. Every staff member I met from the clinicians to the administrative staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Their estimated treatment time was spot on, and the results were incredible. They were always ready for me right on time for my weekly appointments.
My advice: You may be a bit stressed after being referred here by your pediatrician (because no one wants anything to be wrong with their child). And that stress may lead you to question if it's really even necessary. Please trust your pediatrician as well as the clinicians here.
Stay off of parenting internet forums that try to tell you they are just giving you a sales pitch to sell DOC bands. That's not even remotely the case. I never once, during the initial consultation, felt like they were trying to convince me to do it. The facts and images were presented, and was told it was totally our choice, "But I think you would be really happy with the results if you DID decide to do the treatment" and they were right.
At the end they give you a cute certificate as a keepsake. It made the experience even better that they were excited to see a child "graduate" and to hear them saying "Thank you for letting us help".
