Not a good medical office. I called and scheduled a appointment over 1 month ago for medication refills. Now on the day of my appointment the office called and said they do not take my insurance. When I made the appointment my insurance was verified for this office. So now I'm out of medication and no hope of another appointment for possibly months. Unacceptable!!!

I've been a patient here since 2001. Staff asks doctor is friendly and knowledgeable.
Great location near me.
Everything is clearly explained when I ask.
And service provided well.

The new way of doing things at Emory is awful You cant call the individual offices like you used to. Takes forever to get a call back. Its the new system theyre operating under not the staff at the office. Youve gotten too big/corporate with bad patient service.

No issue with the doctors or nurses, they are GREAT! My one star review is for the new portal MyChart all patients (including the elderly) are expected to use for ALL THINGS. You can no longer call the office to leave a message for the nurse or speak with anyone there EVER! Im leaving Emory for this reason.
