Louis was great to work with!! I showed up at 7:30pm to buy a suv and ended up buying a different suv. He went above and beyond to make it happen so I did not have to make a second trip (4 hrs round trip).

I had been shopping for a while and had some not so great experiences with other dealerships. In my quest to purchase exactly what I wanted , I contacted ALM online. I received an instant response from Louis Thompson.
Without any knowledge of my previous experiences, Louis knocked my expectations out of the park at the gate. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented! Wonderful transparent experience from start to finish.

Louis has been wonderful to work with! I saw the car I was pretty sure that I wanted but wanted to look at a similar car that was at a sister dealership not too far away first before making a final decision. He went out of his way to go get the car for me to look at them both side by side the next day which helped me solidify my decision. I’d recommend Louis to anyone looking for a car any day!
