At James Place we go above and beyond to make sure our elderly family are took care of . I can personally speak and say I’m there on a daily bases doing activities,parties, Bible study . But most of all Im there to make them feel loved and appreciate that is our daily goals . Every resident At James Place is OUR FAMILY. I have so many wonderful stores & videos I could fill this whole page up . I can tell you every resident who missed there loved ones and we were there to comfort them remind them we are their family and they will always be took care of . One thing I can honestly say and I know that we at james place love our residents. My wonderful Heavenly Father gave me a gift of love for the elderly and everyday I’m thankful for that gift . I dreamed of always taking care of the elderly to give back to them as they gave to us . So by the grace of God I I found James Place & my promise to him and all my elderly family I will always make sure you are loved and given the best care . I will always recommend James Place and I’m very thankful for each employee and what they do and the hrs they put in . For the days we held them through Covid reminded them and even FaceTime the family for them did their tellicom dr visits on our cell phones because Georgia was on lock down . I’ve been there when storms came through including when Covid came in to the US we kept them safe by also making sure we went straight home and we at this time also couldn’t even see our OWN families. But we showed up everyday to work to make sure our james place residents were took care of . There is a lot of stuff we do that goes unnoticed or is forgotten but WE STILL DO IT BECAUSE WE LOVE OUR LITTLE JAMES PLACE FAMILY. I have a saying “ WHERE YOUR FAMILY BECOMES OUR FAMILY “ ❤️

My mother lived here for several years. At first the food and care was excellent. As the years went by it became horrible not only nasty food, but mean and uncaring staff. One worker Tequila (as in the liquor) was so mean to my mother and so many other residents, yet she is still there working. We complained to Shannon the owner but she kept her there anyway. Shannon does not follow state guide lines and is only concerned about money. There were so many inequalities there it's too much to mention. My feeling is this is the last place for older people before they leave this earth, how can you treat them so unkind. Karma is coming. Do not put your loved ones here.
