Runnnnnn! This once was a great property with great staff. This place is filled with water bugs. The hallways will sit with trash for days, which makes the hallways smell horrible. The leasing staff doesn't have a clue or care. Especially the unprofessional leasing manager Tiffany. GiGi is the only leasing consultant who has good customer service skills and knowledgeable. The rest of them don't have a clue. There are much better properties in the area that have great customer service, a curious officer, and aren't bug-infested.

Leasing Team don't have enough knowledge, they will give you a false statement & if you tell them about it they will just try to manupulate you & create unnecessary problems for you, The Leasing department is not welcoming at all & they are also uncooperative, they all have attitude problem especially Alma. She thinks as if she owns that complex & she is Racist.
Except Leasing department showing their tantrums & attitude towards us i never faced any issue.
Yea there are problems of parking gates & lift here & there but no major problem (except Leasing department).
If higher authorities are reading this please do something about their bad attitude.

They just want your $100 application fees. They will waste your time and energy, so it's better to apply somewhere else. Waiting for the baxter's bot to reply.
