Dr. Thomas Cain needs to retire ASAP.

I was supposed to be visiting Dr. Alder. Came early to fill out paperwork. Waited for 15 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room. After I went to the front desk to ask how behind Dr. Alder was, I was taken back into an exam room within 10 minutes. Upon being in the exam room another 10 minutes, I left. I was told Dr. Alder was on his way to see me, but he was in his office behind his desk. Once he saw I was leaving due to time constraints, there was no apology or communication. If you do not have to go here I would recommend Piedmont, Northside, or a private practice. A complete lack of communication and disregard for patients time is not the type of doctor I would want.

They are the best! This was my first visit and they were so accommodating! The receptionist was extra nice and the nurse was comforting, funny and pleasant. Dr. Alder didn't make me wait long and he was precise, good bedside manner, answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable! I am pain free today so I thank God for them!

Two surgeries by Dr David Alder. He is personable, great bedside manner, his staff is wonderful and I do not hesitate to recommend him. He calms me down.
