Posting for a friend who has been dragged on9 months and counting and the lack of communication from the sales team and property inspectors feel like a they are taking advantage of people. Buyer beware. No one answers the phones to help buyers. Needs huge improvements to customer service. Buyer Beware. No rush with this company to help expedite the process and navigate the process.

They will paint you a perfect fantasy picture and tell you everything you wanna hear till the time comes of starting the process, they told us they had their own contractors and then when the time came they couldnt find any and its been over 3 months now and we had to end up selling our land and buying a home off the market! Never heard back from them either, dont waste your time going here!
