I moved to Georgia 3 years ago and transferred my car insurance to the Hodge's office. I have had the best experience with this office! I usually only speak with Emily, but she is the best!! She's so reliable and more than willing to do the work to answer my questions or assist in any way possible. For example, this last interaction I had with her, I left a voicemail yesterday for them to call me back. I knew my voicemail would be heard and Emily would give me a call back. Today she calls and apologizes for not calling back same day, but she was already doing the research, calling the appropriate departments and double checking her work to make sure she gave me the correct answer when she called me back today. She is so organize and so willing to do whatever it takes to help me and I know she always has my back. Thank you so much Emily for everything you have done for me and my family over the years! It doesn't go un-noticed!

Currently in the process of dealing with an accident that my son was involved in that was not his fault. There were some problems in the way the police reports were submitted, leading to some complications in getting everything taken care of. Our family has been lucky enough to have not been involved in many accidents over the years, but that fact left me unsure of the process of dealing with everything. Emily was extremely helpful in helping us with the process & now that the claim has been created, the person assigned to the claim has been wonderful as well. Until you need it, you never pay much attention to your insurance company. After having been through the process of figuring out this accident, and how great AllState has been so far, I'll be with Hodges & AllState forever. Exceptional experience so far, and that (sadly) is a rare thing these days. If you are thinking of switching, costs and such being equal or close, I'd go with AllState.
