Customer service is lacking. I've been told three times on the phone that they would stop delivering the previous tenants paper. It's been almost 7 weeks, and I'm still getting them.
PHYSICAL OFFICE IN SUITE 102 IS CLOSED.

Paper has no content, very poor customer service and shady billing practices. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

Signed up to receive the Sunday paper. Paid for the subscription and after receiving most of the papers (there were several weeks I didn't get a paper) I decided not to renew the subscription. I wasn't happy with the content. I received so many calls asking me to renew the subscription. The amount of calls was ridiculous! Then on top of that I get a letter from a collection agency. I contacted the collection agency as well as the ledger with no response except another letter from the collection agency requesting payment. When I log into my account it doesn't show a balance and also shows my subscription has ended. Worst customer service ever along with a very generic newspaper not worth the money and my time.

How about calling during business hours for a recording telling you to call back during business hours.
