Liked this hotel very much. It would be great for an extended stay and reasonably priced

The layout of our suite was good but the entire facility is beyond well-worn (carpets, furniture, etc.) and is in need of refurbishment. The breakfast meal was average. People were smoking just outside the entrance every time we walked in or out despite the "No Smoking" signs. No action was taken by the staff. I would not recommend this facility and am surprised it is still branded as a Marriott facility.

Very nice lady at the front desk and answering phone during the day on Feb 23rd, 2024. Learned at check in the ice machine wasnt working and was told I could use the ice in fridge located in room found food left in fridge from previous guest. Dishwasher was running when I arrived and was still running 2 hours later so I switched it off. Nice hole in the carpet coffee maker in the room doesnt work. Breakfast not served until 7 am. The lobby coffee was apparently left over from the previous day and it was lukewarm at 5 am. I thought the toilet wasnt working but the handle is simple hard to push down. Lovers in the next room played music and talked most of the night. As far as getting ice from the fridge not me! I left the hotel at 5:50 am and headed to Chick-fil-A up the street for hot coffee. This is a construction worker hotel so management doesnt care about the appearance of these rooms. First and last visit.
