      image Terrible bank. Everyone is very nice but lethargic. They put you on hold for long periods of time or don't call back as promised. Their business products are not very diverse, and not very financially beneficial. You have to ask the same questions to multiple staffers because they are poorly trained and not up on their own requirements. If you need a bank that performs this is not it. If you want a bank that feels like a Mayberry life, this is for you.
