If youre stuck at the ATL airport (or there in general) this is the place to go, especially for the money and free breakfast.
I came in at midnight and Tamara had a smile on and was making the line move. She never missed a beat. I was thoroughly impressed at her efficiency, how nice she was, and how she handled a massive line.
Also, the shuttle runs regularly and the driver was great.

I was actually in the Atlanta area due to Missing my connecting flight. I did not have a room reservation and I had an overnight layover. This was my first time coming to country inn & suites. The staff were very pleasant especially Tamara at the front desk. She is the epitome of customer service. Anyone who has an employee like her will have nothing but customers! She is polite, kind, friendly, courteous, professional, efficient and generous. I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the Atlanta area. Check it out for yourselves and please share a review!

Please please please do not book here they are really unprofessional I stayed one night at this itchy hotel upon checking out I go to my truck to put my family luggage in my truck windows were busted out with alot of valuable items being stolen like an expensive watch and designer sunglasses all with a on duty security guard the staff was very nonchalant like this normally happens at the facility so I called the police to make a report they came in and watch the surveillance cameras the entire night the security guard was sitting in the car in one corner all night. We were told the hotel Supervisor will contact us on a refund yeah right they never called. We end up driving 1 hour away to get our windows fixed which cost $330 before driving 6 hours home. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THE HOTEL MANAGER ON DUTY TOLD THE POLICE THIS HAPPENS OFTEN HERE IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
