      image Our experience with SD has been lackluster at best. From a crushed sewage pipe to VERY poor drainage issues to warping hardwood flooring these guys have an excuse for it all. To add, Im one of the lucky ones that bought a model home so the builder actually put a little TLC into the house. As for some of the homes that were built in 90 days... i personally saw many corners being cut so good luck with your home warranty.
      I would never advise a home built by SD merely for the fact I have seen their craftsmanship fist hand.
