I ordered Michel Kore flat short boots size 8M on March 28/24 and it came in two weeks then I tried it, it's too tight. I called their corporate office and they said I could return it belk on mall of Georgia store. I went there the cashier (Sayeeda) have no idea what's so ever, she asked me receipt, I told her I purchased it online and showed her the order number and the amout I paid but she still not getting anything. Finally she called her manager and her name (Anita) also gave me hard time more than the cashier. Bottom line they trying to not returning the item, at least that's what I feel. Im not happy with the customer service at all. I won't be back and neither my family!

There's no young hip men clothing and what they have is limited men's clothing at best! Oh well, it's time to shop elsewhere! SAD!

Had an unpleasant experience returning a jewelry (bought online) in this store. The staff/store manager (Anita) was just not willing to help and acted unfriendly.
Item clearly stated that it can be returned in store and I also called the online customer agent, who confirmed to her that the item is eligible for in-store return, but she still refused to accept the item. I returned the item at another belk store location without any hassle.
