Had an appointment today 10/6. Scheduled for 9:00 a.m. set in the office for 20 minutes while they were in a meeting got taken back and was informed an hour later that my doctor wasn't even in the building yet. After canceling my appointment last week and moving it to this week the doctor doesn't even have the courtesy to show up at the time of my appointment. Thank you Dr Rivera for wasting an hour of my day do not go to this place they obviously do not care about their patients time.
Edit: follow up 10/10 I get a voicemail from their customer service person, wanting to discuss what happened. She didn't even leave and extension to call directly to her, just the main number. So I call that and nobody's at the desk to pick up. What a surprise.

He is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend him to
anyone!!! If you need a good kidney doctor, he's the one.

In March I was diagnosed with kidney disease due to a failing bladder causing me to now have to use catheters 4-6 times daily. Catheter use is now causing reoccurring UTIs every month to two months. From the beginning I was told all I have to due is call in to the doctors office to  get my antibiotics refilled which was told to me by the 2 doctors I saw ,even though they made a new policy of having to be seen by the doctor. This information of the reoccurring UTIs and all I had to do was call in was suppose to be in my files. Every time I have needed my antibiotics it has taken 48 hrs or more for them to call it in and that is only after I've had to call back and ask them why I haven't gotten them yet , then like magic my prescription is called in. Today I called in ,calmly and asked about my prescription after giving them the 48 hour wait time and again I get that I have to come to the office to be seen to get the antibiotics. I wasn't called and told this in the last 48 hours I've been waiting in pain and urinating blood ,which I also told the lady I spoke with on the phone and was told there was nothing they were going to do for me.  Thus far I do not recommend anyone use this office because if they take care of patients like they've taken care of me then I am very sorry. Also on my last visit I requested to come in and see the doctor to go over my 6 month check up and answer question but this morning I was told the person I saw was just a nurse.
