We were greeted by the most courteous young lady! Welcoming and extremely pleasant. Im sorry I dont remember her name but she comes on the desk at 4. Every one we encountered was amazing. Rooms are very clean wonderful accommodations. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! We will certainly be back!

WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! We were in town for a wedding. We had two rooms. Upon check in the lady was very nice and helpful. My view of this hotel changed in the days after. My daughter and her husband were in the room next to us. Upon check out her husband took all the stuff downstairs and I helped her grab the last few things and their 3 month old baby. Nothing was wrong with the room or anything in it when we exited the room. I was actually the last one out as I held the door for her to exit with the baby carrier. Today, my daughter noticed a $250 charge from the hotel. When she called she was told the tv had been punched and smashed. Housekeeping was cleaning rooms nearby when we were leaving. If something was wrong, why not call my daughter and ask her about the condition of the tv? I'm not accusing them, but either they are trying to scam people or someone did something to that tv after we left. We were in town less than 24 hours and spent most of the time at Under the Oaks for a wedding or sleeping. The GM, Rose Taylor, was the one we spoke to and she was of no help. She was rude and said we were lying. We asked for pictures. She said the tv was in the office. How do we even know that was the tv that was in that room? BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL and I guess always take pictures of the room before you leave.
