Went there today to get help mailing an overnight envelope. The lady behind the counter was very rude! Not sure why businesses let this continue. Glad we only use FedEx when necessary.

I have had the worst experience with FedEx. Ever since I used them for my package being delivered. It was always late . Never when they said it would be here. When you track it .It tells you some lies about bad weather or they'll say they attempt to deliver it but nobody was home but I have cameras out here.. The last four times I was receiving packages I got a message that is in the truck en route for delivery. Then it doesn't show up and then it tells me there's some kind of bad weather and they also try to tell you they attempted to deliver your package. First of all I have security cameras all around my property . I can see who goes in and comes out and they never were on camera I've had to go to pick my package up from FedEx because they kept saying that. Customer service that's another story.
