To all brides out there, if you are looking for a wedding planner, congratulations! You can stop now. I can tell you, without Sofia my wedding would have been a disaster! From the very first time we spoke to her, Sofia was professional, understanding, and she is very kind and SUPER organized!! She understood my vision and recommended all the amazing vendors which I am now friends with some of them! We were busy with life and she never fails to check in with us and made sure all the vendors understood their assignments at all times. I had a problem with the store that I purchased my wedding dress from and not only that she came with me to the store, she made sure the owner is there and made sure that they would have my dress ready on time. She goes wayyy above and wayyyy beyond! I am so grateful for her! On the day of my wedding, I didn’t have to worry about the timeline, the vendors, the decorations, she took care of all of that and all I needed to do was get excited and enjoy my wedding! I would hire her in a heartbeat over and over again! So if you want to have a stress free wedding, I would recommend that you have Sofia be your planner!

Sofia coordinated with all our vendors virtually and onsite to ensure they were in line with our design vision. She and her team went above and beyond for us, all the while remaining gracious, thoughtful and professional. The wedding day was a dream for our family, and if there were any issues we were unaware. I highly recommend Sofia Ocampo!

As a wedding photographer, I get SO EXCITED when I get to work with Chancey Charm at a wedding! Their weddings are flawlessly executed, beautifully designed, relaxed and FUN! Recently, I got to work with Trici and the day couldn't have flowed more perfectly thanks to her attention to detail and excellent communication with me and all of the other wedding vendors. Having a smooth wedding day is really a team effort and having Chancey Charm as your "quarterback" is the best decision you'll make!

Sofia was our day-of wedding coordinator, and she was amazing! We had to make several last minute changes and she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her warm, calm demeanor helped us to feel relaxed on our wedding day so we could enjoy it stress-free. Our vendors also mentioned how easy it was to work with her. She is a great communicator! We have already recommended her to all our family and friends. She is the best, and our wedding day would not have been the same without her!

I can honestly say that without our Chancey Charm Planner our wedding would not have gone as well as it did. I would 100% recommend them to any bride looking to organize or plan a wedding! Our wedding was cancelled in 2020 due to the groom getting COVID 2 days before the wedding. Not only did my planner Brie get in touch with all of my vendors for me, she also drove to my house to bring the welcome bags that were at the hotel. Brie also reached out to all of my vendors to help me find a new date to reschedule. Without this I wouldn't have even known where to begin. She did all of this with a giant smile on her face and a great attitude. Brie took another job before my rescheduled wedding date, but before she left Chancey Charm Weddings she took the time to reach out and let me know as well as connected me with my new planner Sofia and made sure I was comfortable with this change. Sofia was hands down AMAZING, I seriously can't recommend her enough. Definitely worth every penny. She went above and beyond, attending vendor meetings with us, taking notes, sending out follow up emails, helping me change out of my dress at the wedding, making sure everything was packed up and ready to go, negotiating rescheduled car prices, Even while her own child was sick she was still there for us. I can go on and on. When I was nervous she was a sweet and calm presence that kept me going. A joy to work with, 5 stars!
