We had a sewer pipe collapse which flooded our house. They came out immediately to help, came back every couple of days to monitor the moisture level, ripped up everything effected by the flood, and are coming back to begin reconstruction of the floors, walls, and bathroom. They have been responsive and provided immediate service throughout these past two weeks. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

We were one of the countless Atlanta residents who unfortunately, had to experience the aftermath of the big freeze in December that caused flooding and significant damage in our basement. We were away on vacation, and returned to the sight/ smell of mold and all the destruction. I called several companies but was told to get in the line with 40 households in front of you kind of response. Fortunately, Taylor at ServPro of Buford/ Suwanee/ Hamilton Mill answered my call, and promised to promptly get back with me and, he did. He told me that a crew just became available and can come the next day, which was a Saturday. Levi McClung from ServPro showed up dot at 8.00 AM. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful and sharp!! Within a couple of minutes, the team hit the ground running. In those 2-3 weeks of mitigation, all the incredible folks that accompanied Levi and the ones we interacted with; Brian, David, Johnny F, the contents team(the three lovely ladies and their big crew) took care of our belongings and property. Our beautiful basement was fully finished just 5-6 years ago so it was really heartbreaking to go through the process but ServPro helped ease the pain with their guidance, professionalism, the state of the art equipment that they used for mitigation of water and mold damage and direct handling with the insurance company. Our garages are filled with the furniture and boxes that they packed and will help us unpack when the basement is fully repaired but I wanted to give John, Levi and his entire team the much deserved Kudos and a big thanks!! We had a leak in our laundry room that came from the washing machine. The service technician Pat was dispatched out to help. He arrived early and got the job done quickly. Pat was awesome! He gave us a lot of good information on how to protect our home from water damage. He was also very patient, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He did his job very well! We would definitely recommend this service provider, as we were very satisfied with the service that we received. Services: Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Flood restoration

John, Brian, Thomas and Drizz were timely, professional and efficient. They left our home very clean even after the demolition was done. 5 stars!
