The ONLY reason I gave All Pro a '1' rating is because we made it to New York/New Jersey, Washington, DC, and back home to Atlanta in one piece. The two bus drivers, however, showed up over an hour late for departure and were the rudest, most unprofessional and uncouth individuals that I had ever encountered.
They argued with the bus occupants and trip organizer about things that they should have taken care of beforehand, including the restroom facilities on that old, decrepit, needs-to-be-retired-out-of-service bus. They never properly took care of the bathroom during the 4-day trip so that it reeked of urine! They claimed they didn't smell anything and had an attitude when we politely requested that they take care of it, then got mad because we asked for restroom breaks in lieu of using that nasty restroom.
Then if that wasn't enough, one of the drivers poured an entire bottle of chlorine bleach on top of the urine so that we were all overcome by noxious fumes! One bus rider even got sick & couldn't breathe, so that after an hour they finally pulled over to a fuel station so that we could exit the bus.
It was a horrible ride on a substandard bus driven by two people who need to find another line of work that doesn't involve any human decency skills or respect for their patrons because they--and that pathetic bus--were absolutely awful! I don't see how this bus company stays in business. Folks, do your homework and see firsthand what you are supposed to ride on or you will be sorely disappointed if you expect more than what we were stuck with.
