I was parked in the very first parking spot closest to the building and doors were locked and everything but yet someone broke into the car and stole all my tools and nobody saw nothing I think not I think inside Job.

Leaving my keys in their care was the WORST MISTAKE I made on my birthday weekend! When I came back to get my car keys, I was told that they did not have my electronic key fob to start up my vehicle. My car door was left UNLOCKED with my lanyard and other keys sitting in the cupholder. It was not in its original state. I immediately wanted to fill out a claim but they seemed to be stalling. The ONLY way to contact claims is via e-mail and I have yet to hear back from them. After waiting hours from upper management to show up, the valet guy gets a call from the OPERATIONS COORDINATOR. His name is JARVIS WARD OR PORTER and he gave me no resolution or help. He initially tried to blame me for his company's negligence. I had to ask for assurance that nothing else will happen to my car because it doesn't turn on without that key. I am currently paying for my vehicle to be TOWED, a new ELECTRONIC KEY FOB, a new HOUSE KEY and LOCK, and LABOR COSTS from the dealership that are NOT in my budget. I am hoping my vehicle is still there with no other expenses necessary to get me back to where I was before handing them my keys attached to the lanyard I found in the cupholder. I am MISSING WORK to fix this mess and still haven't been contacted by the company. This battle looks like it will be very hard due to how unresponsive every single person at this company has been over these past couple days.
