Action Towing & Transportation

AAA assigned them to my tow. They marked themselves as arrived onsite and wasn’t really there. I called twice for the tow driver to lie to me. And then I called one last time, he ignored my call. I would NEVER recommend anybody to use them. Disgusting…

My request was for local hauling which Action didn’t fulfill. Action didn’t call to notify of the lack of availability after they committed to perform the service. Nor did they answer my numerous calls to them for a status update. This is normal behavior for Action as they’ve previously done this on an earlier service request.

If you want to wait forever, then use them. If not you'd better find someone else... They're not very good.... First they will tell you they'll be there in 45 min to an hour and never show up.

Called this company to have two abandoned vehicles towed off my property. I told the man who answered the phone what was going on. He said they could take care of it. The driver came to the house and took minutes to pull into the driveway. He then proceeds to tell me that he can't tow the car without paperwork because it can't be crushed. I didn't ask for it to be crushed just moved off my property. He says if it's crushed the actual owner who abandoned it may come after him. What about it's been on my property this long. So he proceeds to tell me I don't have to get angry. He doesn't know me to tell me not to get angry. Then he wants to move the other car. No. By your own admission if it's being towed without the owner's permission then the owner can come after you too. . No I'll find another company. Then he says he can tow it but it can't be crushed. I didn't say anything about the car being crushed just off my property. I try to work with companies owned by people of color but this right here was uncalled for.
