Tow Atlanta

I was happy they were the only tow company that would tow my Lamborghini but I was disappointed when they tried to charge me over $300 to go 10 miles. Also the driver was not familiar on how to tow a lowered vehicle or use the split back tow bed. I has to assist to make sure the car wouldn't scrape. The car did safely make it back to my home but not without running over my grass with the tow truck. I was not impressed with this company after seeing them promoting at different car shows.

Horrible customer service!!! If possible, would give them zero stars... waited 4+ hours only to be told they had no record of my tow. However, this is after I spoke to Mark who confirmed an arrival time (1.5 hours later than what I was originally told). After not showing for the new time, I called again - but was sent to voicemail and when I called from another number they hung up and when the realized it was me. Horrible customer service!!!!!

(NO STARS) On March 5th, 2022 my insurance company hired TOW ATLANTA to tow my vehicle from 5385 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd. Sandy Springs, GA 30342 and drop it at Marietta Toyota 750 Cobb Parkway SE. Marietta Georgia 30060. The tow driver dropped my car at an ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL which is nowhere close to Marietta Toyota located at 750 Cobb Parkway. To make things worst the tow driver dropped my keys in the ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL dropbox. The ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL the tow driver took my car to doesn't open for another three days for me to obtain my car keys. I contacted the Tow company to correct the issue, and to tow my car to the correct address. Thinking that this was a harmless mistake!! I contacted (four zero four) seven eight eight - four eight, four eight. The owner of Tow Atlanta answered, and let me say he was a bully from the first sentence. Then throughout the call kept telling me to hush so he can finish telling me why he wasn't sending a driver back out to retrieve my car and tow it to the correct address which is Marietta Toyota located at 750 Cobb Parkway. The owner was stating that he used to be a lawyer as if it righted his company's wrongdoing. So I advised him to have a great rest of the day with his rude self and proceeded to contact my insurance company to make them aware of this matter. My insurance company also contacted TOW ATLANTA and was greeted by the owner with the same rude energy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. MY INSURANCE COMPANY DROPPED TOW ATLANTA AS OF MAR 5, 2022. Service: Car towing
