    Im mad I had to give them 1 star to write this review. First, the tow truck driver must have learned to drive tow trucks via Mario Kart. He claimed his "medium duty tow truck" could not fit on the street. When he really meant he should be driving for Uber! The average dimensions of the truck and the truck I witnessed is about 2 times smaller than the width of the street. Furthermore, the same car was towed by the same company last month and that driver seemed to have no problem getting it on the street directly in front of the house. Secondly, he called to meet him at the vehicle and as we arrived we see his small tow truck he claimed was so so big driving off from Lowes. So I asked "is that your small truck driving off?!" He then states "yeah I cant fit my truck on your street". Meanwhile literally a charter size bus was just parked in front of our house two days ago. Completely unprofessional to just leave the car then refused to cancel with Allstate! We then call the company prior to writing the review. They claim Allstate canceled then they claimed it was not them. So which is it?! Not you or Allstate canceled. The text from Allstate and the app shows their company and number. Bottom line their paperwork must have come from party city, their driving license for tow trucks again came from Mario Kart, and the manager who answered the phone learned customer service how-to-lose-customers-in-less-than-five-minutes.com. If your insurance company names them immediately call them and ask for another service provider. If you don't have insurance literally call a crackhead off the street before you call them. I'm sure the service will be infinitely better.

    Waited over 4 hours for their operator and staff to keep thinking its fun and games for help to arrive for a person or person(s) in distress. Estimate updated without a single contact from driver. Dispatch person was disrespectful and it's all because of my claim was through my insurance company. Lied to several times throughout conversation stating that driver was coming from midtown Atlanta. I hopped on 511 to check accidents and to my surprise, no accidents up or down 85. Only the Cheshire Brdige Rd closure. These folks are a joke and, I wish I could leave negative stars like their negative attitudes and lack of business responsibilities. Oh but Karma is real. They'll find out sooner than later.

    The pickup was scheduled through my insurance. My car needed to be at the dealership by 7:30a so I scheduled for 4 just to be safe. The driver called at 4:52 stating it would be 60-90 mins. Ok, fine. I then received a text that he was outside at 5:25. I went to the window and didn’t see anything. I called him, no answer. I called the dispatcher and she said that he came and I was not there and the job was canceled. It’s now almost 6 am and I have to call the insurance company to get another tow company out. If it were not through my insurance I would have never bothered based on their reviews

    Can you give a 0 rating? It took them 3 hours to deliver my car, but only took 10 mins to take my money. After multiple calls and no answers. They would not answer my insurance company who is the one who set it up to have my car towed. The phone continuously hung up when calling them. If you want your car at a certain place at a certain time. Don’t call Unique Towing. It will never make it!

    My tow was scheduled through my insurance. Information provided was incorrect on the summary. I called when they didn’t appear as scheduled, provided correct address and after more delays I received a brusque call telling, not asking me but telling me that it was my responsibility to check the dealership would be open, not theirs. By this stage they were very late, I was upset as the dealership would be closed the next day. I called the dealership to update them. I then received a further call berating me for my response and lack of manners. The person was so very rude and unprofessional and said they wouldn’t be coming. I was left without a working vehicle. I had to rent a car today and sorry out another tow service which will hopefully be professional. I also submitted a complaint to Mazda customer service since it is a service they use. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
