Fast and professional service! My battery died at a very busy intersection, during rush hour, as it was becoming dark. Regis arrived within 25 minutes of my call and was able to get my car started long enough to pull into a safer area. He delivered the car to the designated shop and send a photo. We'll definitely call on R & R if we need towing in the future! Service: Car towing

THEY ARE EXCELLENT, SO PROFESSIONAL AND CONCERNING VERY INFORMING. TOOK THEM LESS THAN HOUR TO PICK UP MY CAR ANR TAKE IT TO MY APARTMENT. When I called, they were very friendly and accommodating over the phone. They told me they would arrive in 45 minutes and showed up in 25 minutes. When Regis arrived, he was super personable, friendly, and likeable. He then took me and my vehicle to my mechanic, using the fastest route. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
