    I had Lingo and the prior companies for probably 20 years. No problems so did need service and bill was paid using ACH direct payment. In middle July 2021 I changed to a different telephone company that gave me more coverage and was $60.00 a month cheaper. I had tried to find a cheaper service with Lingo but they did not have one. I changed my service to the new company. I had a bill printed but was not due until after the change. So Lingo should have only ACHed the half a month. Lingo ACH the complete bill, owing a refund of $49.00. I call Lingo requested my refund, then after calls back to check on the refund it was told it would take 120 day (1/3 of a year) to get the refund. I kept checking on it each month, when very close to the120 calendar days the customer service told me no it takes 120 business days, which would be close to 1/2 year. Finally on November 15th a manager called me, said oh it got caught up in a computer change over. That the check is being issued and would be mailed out Friday November 19th. They only maid refunds on Fridays. Today is November 29th, 10 days for mailing. Customer service today said it could take from 14-21 days in the mail. And they can't make a mailman come to my house. I don't believe they have mailed the refund because of all the other comments on that turned out to be not true. Waiting for supervisor to call me back. I think they hope people will forget about the refunds or just stop fighting for it.

    I call long distance to international locations. you dial one country and get connected to someone in another country. Calls are not clear. The call gets stopped half way though. Still gets charged. It looks cheaper but its going to be way more costlier than a calling card. When talk to a customer rep, they say someone will call you, Never happens. I think this is a systematic scam.

    If there were zero stars I would give them a zero rating. This is one of the most incompetent companies out there. If you have a problem they do not have enough people to answer and they rarely fix the problem. The customer service is very poor.
