Beware! Aly has no clue as to how to run a business, deal with customers, or get a website built. She gets defensive at any questions or concerns you may have and eventually gets combative. No sense of customer service. Her products are low grade and marketed to be high quality. If you care about yourself, take your business somewhere else. Hopefully it will be closed soon.

Coming to the F.E.B spa is one of the highlights of my month. I was referred by a friend and now I understand why she shared her experience with such excitement. To start the spa is such a calming atmosphere. Additionally I’ve gone to dermatologist and aestheticians but I have never been able to truly clear my skin. Aly KNOWS her stuff and it shows. Im so happy with the transformation of my skin. Aly is so personable and patient enough to teach me how to take care of my unique skin. You can tell the work and intention she puts into her business/products.
