I ordered 60 bales of pinestraw and came home to find that they had stacked all 60 bales directly in front of my garage door, blocking any car from getting in or out of the garage. I called first thing the next morning and was promised that the team would return to move by the following day. That sill has not happened. I've worked with this company for the past 3 years, and this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced from them. I strongly suggest you consider taking your business elsewhere.

I have used them every year for the past 3 or 4 years. Never an issue, and better pine straw than I have found at Lowe's or Home Depot. I don't want to order from anywhere else

Can I give Zero stars? Extremely disappointing delivery. I ordered some bales to be dropped at neighbors house and the remainder at my home. The driver dumped the bales up against the garage door of neighbor’s and while the bales were stacked at my house, he put them in the flower garden, crushingsome plants. When I spoke to the office the response was “our guys are having a busy day”. I guess too busy to provide a professional delivery. If you need pine straw, Pick another company that can provide an acceptable delivery experience. (Update: the owner did call and offer to come out and move the bales.)

Use them every year! They deliver it and stack it exactly where I want, competitive pricing for my area!
