With the need to move into the digital age and the IoT realm, our technical expertise was lacking in knowledge of the possibilities that could enable our business to move forward and better serve our clients. After learning about Hatchworks from a mutual friend, we solicited them to meet with us and offer some possible solutions to better serve our clients. With their diverse team, each member with 10 to 15 years experience in various stages of IT life cycle development, they created several solution tracks that would greatly enhance our clients' experiences. Additionally they suggested improvements that would make our current internal processes/systems more efficient and reduce our yearly expenses. The most important factor we found and enjoyed in working with Hatchworks was that they LISTENED TO US FIRST. Then, they offered customized solutions to meet our needs rather than an out-of-the-box structure or software package that the larger consulting firms push for.
