        The interview process was a joke.Why would you bring in external applicants and one internal applicant from the company from a staffing agency.Tazwell Wingo the recruiter knew he was going to hire the internal applicant from the beginning.Why waste people's time and money to come to the interview if you already hired the internal candidate permanently.This was not fair .I was referred by a internal employee and she stated that this was a great company. The recruiter definitely showed me different .I used my last $5.00 to get to this interview and Mr.Wingo could not even send me a email stating they he was moving to the next process.Where is the respect?
