Just moved in. We love it here. Maintenance team is the best thing going. The property manager is Will and he worked non stop getting things together for us.

I honestly dont know where to begin. I had the best experience working with Will the property manager and he made me feel this was home before I even had a chance to tour. I love this property, I love my unit, I love the maintenance team, and I love the location!!! I have lived all over Atlanta, and Ive never had a better combination of professionalism, proximity, price, and quality! Definitely the best decision I have made. 10/10. 15/10 for my view!!

LOVE the apartments! The leasing staff is so cooperative and respect your requirements. Everyone in maintenance team are very nice and always responsive to your work order or any requests. They try to help their residents in all possible manners and as earliest as possible.
The location is perfect for the GSU students. If someone can share the room, then its super affordable and worth living there. Sometimes, it gets noisy on weekends.
I HIGHLY recommend Piedmont pad Apartments to GSU students or anyone who wants to live in downtown Atlanta.

Location, location, location. I absolutely LOVE being in the heart of the city! Tanasia has been outstanding since Day One and Will has been very proactive right out the gate ensuring to maintain the quality and standards of the building. Im very pleased with the direction the management team is going. Keep it up guys!
