Been living here for 2 years and I don't have any complaints. Of course I had experienced one-off insistences but overall nothing negative to say for what is in the complex's control. Maintain comes in a timely fashion and the leasing staff remembers your face and your problem. A bonus is the leasing staff is friendly and willing to talk to you when they have the time.

By far the worst living experience Ive ever had. I live in terror every day because Im guaranteed to see giant rats in the garage where I have to park. It started out a small problem and I notified the new management every step of the way. Now its a huge problem and Im seeing rats the size of small dogs on a daily basis. I dont even bother saying anything to management because its a waste of time.

I do not recommend these apartments, the hallways are always super dirty, there are too many rats, the dog park is always super dirty and the pool area is always closed and always broken and above all, your car windows always break every two months.!!!

I have never seen so many rats together as in those apartments, the pool area always has a lot of rats..!!! They try to save a lot of electricity because they always have all the lights off and therefore there is a lot of insecurity

New management sucks! When I moved here the manager really cared about the facilities and the community as a whole we had resident parties that were actually entertaining, the place was alot cleaner and inviting to my family and guests, quickly over the past 6 months things have tarnished Maintenance guys walk the hallways smoking black n milds which is outrageous!
Cant wait until my Lease is over ofcourse your rent will go up regardless of the building going to the ground, yes there are roaches n rats!!! Management nor maintenance does not clean the grounds at all. Dog poop and overfilled trash cans allover. What are they here for just to collect rent???. Bring in better people that care more than collect a paycheck this is a thriving neighborhood the community has alot of potential in the right hands, since management changed this place doesn't even deserve 1 star . I cannot wait to move!!

In a little over two years here, we've had at least three management changes, and it's truly baffling how no meaningful improvements have been made.
To echo many other reviews, residents here generally are extremely inconsiderate and have no respect for common areas. The building itself is shoddily constructed, with the walls and floors/ceilings incredibly thin, so you are very much a part of your neighbors' lives, hearing shouting matches, amplified footsteps/stomps/thuds, TVs, music, and everything in between. The parking deck and halls are frequently littered with trash, and the trash chutes are oftentimes completely blocked, leading to literal piles of trash bags spilling out of the trash rooms into the parking deck. You're supposed to put your trash in a can when putting it out in the hall for the valet, but instead people pile their bags by their doors leading to a stench especially strong in the summer and attracting roaches/gnats. There's dog poop/pee in the halls/parking garage (sometimes right on the stairs, it's really great) and gates that break every few months with no sense of urgency for repairs. I've been tailgated several times while trying to re-enter the complex, so this is no doubt the cause.
I understand that many of these issues are due to the clientele, but there's no accountability or consequences in place to help mitigate literally any of them. Empty offers for resolution in management's responses to these reviews hold zero promise until there is actionable change. Please believe every negative review from residents on here (not the ones solicited by management following a tour to artificially inflate the rating).
