(Glenlake Apartments). Maintenance requests go unfulfilled, the pool is dirty and not usable about 15% - 20% of the time during the warmer months, the "security" gate is broken 90% of the time and the water for the complex gets cuts off once a week on average without much warning. No one at Cushman and Wakefield ever answers the phone, so it's nearly impossible to speak to a higher authority about the issues that the Glenlake staff seems to ignore. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've been complaining about 2 neighbors that move in after me been here only 10mos and it seems like 7years...the stress level of noise should not be impose upon me (as a senior citizen) Peace...is #1 in my life & sleep! Disturbing the Peace here, management should be careful who they RENT TO...?

I know my specific complex has a lot of work to be done but I feel like some of their priorities are off. My neighbor has section 8 and they failed to fix the things that need to be fixed before the deadline of her inspection numerous of times to where she had to almost had to move. They are refusing to resurface bathrooms and to fix other stuff until people move out so they can "remodel" the apartment so basically stuff continues to fall apart until they move out.

I love the location of my apartment and the cost however the majority of the front office staff is rude and unwilling to help when unexpected emergencies happen. For example my grandmother just passed and I needed to use the money earmarked for rent so I could go to her funeral. I asked for a 2 day grace period bc I was going to be getting paid within 2 days of the last day to pay rent. I called as far in advance as possible to ask so as to not look like I am making excuses and instead of giving me the 2 days they charged me 200 a day! Now I get they can't allow that kind of exception for everyone bc it can snowball but I have lived here 3+ years and have only been 3 days late less than 4 times. So 4 out of 36+ payments were ontime or early and yet they still see me as someone who is unreliable. I tried to call the property managers to see if there is anything they can do but they refused to return my call. They also threatened me with eviction for not paying on-time (again only a few days late) which at the time was in clear violation of the no eviction law enacted due to covid.
So if you looking for a great location and reasonable (for the area) pricing then this is your place just know you will likely have bad experiences with the front office and by extension property management team.
