I have recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Regus.Due to an unforeseen circumstances , I found myself unable to continue using their services. Despite this, the company continued to charge me, which I believe is completely unjustified since I am not utilizing their services. I made every effort to make payments over a period of six months, but unfortunately, I couldn't continue to do so .Desperate for a solution, I reached out to them 30 days ago, hoping to discuss the possibility of terminating our agreement. To my surprise, they have shown no willingness to assist me or find a resolution. It's important to note that this is a virtual mail service, and I am not occupying any physical space or utilizing their services in any way. Given these circumstances, I am truly amazed at their lack of understanding and refusal to provide any help or support. I had high hopes for Regus, but their actions have left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be cautious when considering using their services.
