Creative Show Homes

Don Clarke the owner of Creative Showhomes is not honest and is very unprofessional. I staged a home for him and followed the contract and is evident in that the pictures were published by multiple realtors (and are still published) however Don did not return my deposit. Instead created bogus fees and fictitious charges to avoid returning the deposit as agreed in the contract. He is a dishonest businessman. He made up having a family emergency and wouldn't return my numerous phone calls and text messages. I would advise no one to over do business with him,

Will not stop spamming my company with emails. I have been asking this company to stop spamming me with emails for over 3 years now and still they continue. Would never use your company so please stop spamming me!!!

Don Clarke was a delight to work with. His knowledge and expertise in the Show Home industry is impressive. He works diligently with the realtor, home owner, and resident manager on every property and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy. My only complaint would be the property sold too quick!!! Keep up the great work Don and thanks for all your help.

Beware of receiving your deposit back. I paid my rent on time but to date, I have not received my entire deposit back. They held $250 for not receiving my renter's insurance declaration page but said in their letter to me that they would return it when I provided it. It has been over 3 weeks since I emailed the insurance document and I have not received the balance of my deposit. I have called, emailed, texted and left voicemail but no response. I did everything that was required of me but this company did not hold up their end. If this is the way you treat a tenant that paid rent on time, I'd hate to see how you treat the tenants that do not pay you. This company paints a good picture but at the end of the day, their word is not worth a grain of salt. AVOID LEASING FROM THIS COMPANY.I will never lease from this company again and I would not advise anyone to lease from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
