I am currently in the process of trying to move due to roommate issues. I was contacting Robert via email and trulia NONSTOP about viewing the property and beginning the application process. He would take forever to respond and sometimes when he did it would be at night time. He finally scheduled a viewing with me after i demanded it but saying i will be at the property at 1 he then tells me to come 10:30am and asked for my number to text me confirmation. Morning of viewing it is now 9am and i havent received any text. So i reach out to him via email TWICE. He finally responds at 9:30 that someone had put in an application and he wont be viewing it unless they are denied . He was never going to reach out to me if i hadnt reached out to him , also an application doesnt mean the property is yours. You can still allowing viewing and other applicants to apply, and lastly i literally was speaking to him ip until 10pm the night before so how magically in the morning theres an application. Mind you, there isnt even anywhere on trulia, apartments.com , etc to even apply for any of his properties only schedule tours so that only means he met with them to begin process.... so why waste my time. Robert is very unorganized, unprofessional, inconsiderate and i would say rude but i hardly ever got to talk to him long enough to determine that. Im just going to take this as god saying i would of had MAJOR communication issues with him if i would of purchased.

I wish I could give a lower rating. I had an awful experience today with Robert Taylor. He hung up on me in the middle of our conversation because he said he believed it was over. I was in the middle of my sentence and to me thats the highest form of disrespect. My roommates and I are potential buyers looking for a place to rent for at least 12 months, potentially two years. Im a potential client and to be treated in such a manner is just ridiculous, Im completely appalled by his bahavior. He later called me and proceeded to argue to with me, so unprofessional. I just dont understand why someone would want to treat a potential client in such a manner.
