Avenue Real Estate Services

I would not recommend Avenue Real Estate. I had numerous problems with the rental/lease property. I found Brett and Matt very shady to work with. So much so I am taking legal action. I would never work with either of these men again or with the company. I have been a renter/tenant and an owner of rental property and I have never seen such lack of professionalism as I have encountered with Avenue Real Estate. When an agent ask to to meet him in gas station parking lot with his two minor children being left in his vehicle unattended to sign a lease be for warned it only goes down hill from there.

I highly recommend Brett Price and the Avenue Real Estate platform. I've rented a high end condo in Buckhead for the past two years and they have been fantastic to work with from move-in, to maintenance requests, a renewal process and ultimate move-out. Brett is very responsive, honest and generally on the ball.

The whole things i experienced at Avenue Real Estate Services were simply awesome. They provide great service. I liked their service very much. i think one day and that is not far i will buy a home from them. I am also searching for a good used house to buy from them.

After being set in my new house.I had a problem of old house.I had tension that who will buy my old house but suddenly one of my friend came and tell me about ta avenue real estate services. It solved my problem.I should give heartly thanks to Avenue Real Estate Services.
