Their agent, Mercille Adams uses automated marketing tools to harass property owners in an uninvited attempt to sell her their property which they have never listed for sell. I would expect this type of behavior from a less reputable company but not from a large broker like this.

Just when we thought all hope was lost in the midst of this crazy market Rita Champion managed to find our home, our first home at that! All the horror stories of being a first time home buyer were nonexistent with our Realtor as she remained engaged, genuinely helpful, and determined to make sure we found our home. I’d recommend her services to any friend or family looking to purchase a home and should we upgrade or make a lateral move we’ll definitely be a repeat client! Thanks again Rita!!!

Under contract lost everything. The RE GAR Contract is not worth the paper its written on unless the Broker supports backs the Agents contracts legally. Never Ever Again! A very expensive lesson to learn.
