If this is pertaining to Charmaine Phillips, she is not a good management company she get all in your business and pays attention to all the things don't matter with renting the property and completely waste your time with her own opinion of you. I wish we wouldn't have even wasted our time doing the application. Terrible management company run the opposite direction.

If this is related to a Charmaine Phillips, please save yourself the trouble. She is disrespectful, rude and doesn't respect your privacy. She will question your guests like she is law enforcement. She will make your entire stay uncomfortable. She makes it seem like she has a team, but it is her company and her alone. She speaks to you like you are a child or somehow beneath her. If you speak up for yourself, she will evict you. I have been living in a unit with growing mold for almost 6 months and she has yet to fix it. Terrible company. Do not move into one of her units. You will regret it.
