Just in case you choose not to read the remainder of my review, I will begin with its entire point. If you are seeking a professional who understands the true art of real estate, DO NOT use Sammy Hadid. Sammy does not understand "the art of the deal," is not saavy enough to deal with many of the real estate challenges that a sale may present, and even worse.... he is a quitter. The short version: Sammy created a bad deal for his seller that created bad blood between his seller and their contractors. Once confronted by the parties, he quit, yet demanded his commission. This decision left me in the middle of a war between Sammy and his seller. I pleaded with Sammy to work towards a resolution but he chose to give up and quit; leaving me 5 days away from my closing date with no options towards a efficient close that was in line with our contract. My only option was to come out of pocket thousands of dollars to finish the shabby deal Sammy put in motion. Unfortunately, it takes much more than charm to be a great businessman. It takes integrity and grit. It takes a true commitment to the work not just a commitment to the money. Sammy is a nice guy but he is deceptively immature, passive-aggressive, and only in it for the money. If finding the right real estate agent is as important to you as it was for me (and it should be VERY important) I cannot stress enough that Sammy Hadid is not that real estate agent. You will regret your choice.

Would highly recommend this group. I worked directly with Jarrett Reeves to sell my condo in the Sandy Springs area. I originally tried to do a FSBO via Zillow and was getting no where with showings. Jarrett called me up and asked how the process was going and was very professional in understanding if I needed help or not. Once we began to speak, I was intrigrated by his approach and drive to help we achieve my goals. He gave me time to think about the offer and without being your normal aggressive sales guy. So a few days later we meet in person and after interviewing 3 realtors Jarrett was by far the best choice. During the entire process Jarrett worked tirelessly to get my place shown and in the end I was able to make a nice profit on the flip vs what I thought was possible when I was selling by owner. It did not mater to Jarrett my condo was a lower priced sell he actually treated me better than my other “Memphis” realtor selling my larger primary home.
