9 Mile Trolley-The Loft Stop

Easily one of the worst landlords I've ever had.  Dishonest about the property prior to signing lease; ignored issues with power, water, and entry; finessed me out of a big chunk of my security deposit; sold the property I had been living in; and continued collecting rent payments after the lease was terminated. Remarkably dishonest.

The brokers at this realty company are super lazy. I contacted them to tour a few rentals they have on the market. After a week, they finally replied stating that they were on vacation but would call me when they returned in a few days. Weeks went by and no one ever got back to me, so I finally followed up with a voicemail. No one ever returend my call. Meanwhile, the properties I was interested in are still on the market!

9 Mile Trolley has been very helpful and accommodating in helping me find a loft that fit my needs during my recent move to Atlanta.  Their web-based system for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests is the best I have used and makes things MUCH easier.  The few times I have had maintenance issues, they have been very prompt in responding and getting someone out to fix the problems.  Great service! I would recommend them to anyone look for a great realtor in Atlanta.
