I called this company for a seller who did not want to list, he bought the property within two weeks. A few weeks later, he sent me over a few houses that I closed on myself!!! ATLFairOffer is the truth in all aspects of Real Property!

We buy houses companies are known scams, this guy is something else though. My old contractor referred me to this company. He was hard to get in contact with, I called him multiple times. His realtor made me aware that they handle many different transactions, and complete the transactions before they move on to the next. I needed a short sale fast...like in a month. He made it happen, and his realtor found me a junk house to live in. I am forever grateful!
