After experiencing a terrible car accident in April 2021, my world was completely destroyed. A driver attempted to making a improper left turn onto the main road. The same main road that I was driving down, going the speed limit. I knew in my heart , it was not enough time in the world for that driver to complete his turn without me hitting him. I did, my airbag deployed, smoke from my engine coming everywhere. The impact of that moment cause the other driver's car to land on its side , and was sliding on the road and airbags deploying from there car too. My phone was completely shattered from that, luckily someone nice driving by, allowed me to use their phone. Unknowing to me , two by standers call 911. I was rushed to Grady Hospital because the EMT was afraid I might have internal bleeding. I'm at Grady Hospital, Trauma Level 2 Room. Medical bills are sky high!!!!!! MRI,CAT SCAN, blood work, just occupying the hospital room.. was bill. Lucky for me , test results came back great.. but my neck was hurting. I did see a chiropractor for about 8 weeks. Stokes & Kopitsky was referred to me by my father, who use this law firm for himself 2 or 3 years ago. My father spoke very highly of the entire staff. They did not disappoint when it came time for me. I was able to have a zoom call with Neil and explain my situation and the staff got straight to work. I was very patience throughout the entire process. The staff was always available to answer questions via email, phone, or even text. Brittany and the team worked hard to get my bills reduced. Any phone calls or medical bills , I received ; Brittany took care of it. This process from start to finish took less then 8 months to accomplish. My case was able to settle for more than what was originally told to me. Brittany gave great advice on how to improve my car and health insurance, for further reference. Neil was able to break down all the numbers of the settlement by showing me on dry erase board. I am relief this situation was peaceful, professional, and punctual, by working with this law firm.
